- Milkzym contains the lactase enzyme, which hydrolyzes lactose into glucose and galactose (monosaccharides). These are absorbed systemically via the sodium-dependent glucose carrier.

- Lactose Intolerance:
Take 3,000–9,000 units orally with meals or dairy products.
Children
Lactose Intolerance:
Take 3,000–9,000 units orally with meals or dairy products.
Infant Colic (Breastfed Infants):
- Express a few tablespoons of breast milk into a sterilized container.
- Add 4 drops of lactase infant drops to the milk.
- Administer the mixture to the infant via a spoon or oral syringe.
- Breastfeed as usual.
